Genesis Classical Academy provides a robust education to
students in PreK - Grade 12, using the time-tested classical
method. Learning is tailored to the developmental stage of
students in the Grammar - Logic- Rhetoric phases. Students
are encouraged to see learning not just as distinct subjects, but
integrated through a Biblical worldview. We teach students HOW to
think, not just WHAT to think. Our community nurtures and protects
students hearts, minds, and souls and encourages them to fully
develop their God-given abilities and talents. We offer
interscholastic athletics and fine arts programs, as well as PSEO
options for juniors and seniors.
The school provided a strong academic expectations for our son and helped our build a solid educational foundation. Our son is naturally curious, energetic, and likes to think through problems out loud (sometimes even debating answers with teachers when he believes he has another way to solve something ), so the classroom style challenged him in some areas-but academically he did very well and performed above grade level on national comparison tests. We appreciated the dedication of the teachers and the emphasis on character, discipline, and academics. This school may be an especially great fit for families looking for a classical education and a structured learning environment.
