School Notes

  • HBCPK is an accredited preschool and kindergarten program with credentialed, experienced teachers. We are a member of the Virginia Private School Association, and Association of Christian School Interntional.  We have classes for children age 2 1/2 thru 5 yrs old.  T/Th  or W/F for 2 1/2 yr olds, T/Th, MWF morning or afternoon for 3 yr olds, and MWF for young 4's, M-F Pre Kindergarten for 4-5 yr olds, and Kindergarten for 5-6 yr olds. We use a mix of Abeka and ACSI curriculum as well as many teacher inspired ideas.  We value fitness and music- with classes each week for the children. Art project daily, snack provided, 2 large fenced playgrounds, security cameras throughout the facility and outside.  Lot of fun and engaging activities geared for all children!  Plenty of ways for parents to be involved!  Children are loved and nurtured on a daily basis, emphasis on good character, weekly chapel, daily Bible stories, prayer before snack and a positive reward incentive program.
