ICS offers its high school students Field Studies Trips which are designed as holistic educational experiences, incorporating a mix of academic learning outside the classroom, spiritual growth, social interaction, adventure, college visits, and service opportunities. Past trips have included New York City, Washington DC, San Diego, Chicago and New Orleans.
Competing at the 1A level in Region 18 of the UHSAA, our high school athletic programs include basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball and golf. We see athletics as an opportunity for our students to utilize their unique gifts and abilities as an act of worship as they compete together.
Bible classes, weekly chapel, spiritual emphasis retreats and daily biblical integration are what make us definitively Christian.
Because we want to model Christ's love to our students, we know that we must model service. Our first annual Serve-A-Thon brought the entire student body out to the Salt Lake valley and taught us to reach beyond ourselves and into the community around us.
The ECE Program at ICS focuses on the overall developmental needs of each individual child. The materials in the classrooms were intentionally selected to provide an environment that not only encourages a self-motivated desire to learn, but also nurtures the faith and physical growth of each child.
We desire not only to know and nurture our community of students, but we are passionate about learning. We work diligently to equip and inspire our students so that they will thrive in the world God has created. Learning is at the center of all that we do, and our high school faculty are not only expert teachers, but they also understand the power of Christian education to transform the lives and minds of our students. Our outstanding ACT scores as well as our college scholarship and acceptance letters are clear evidence of the excellence of the education here at ICS.
- Intermountain Christian School is a Christ-centered learning community that equips and inspires students to thrive in God's world.

- Intermountain Christian School is an inter-denominational school that is committed to educating its students in a way that equips and inspires them to thrive in God`s world. This distinction guides us as we formulate curriculum, develop extracurricular activities and create service opportunities. Our goal is to challenge our students to develop a biblical worldview and then equip them to integrate that worldview along with their faith into all the various disciplines of study. Our students come from over 50 different churches congregations. This diversity provides an opportunity to address real life challenges in weekly chapels, Bible classes, and numerous other teachable moments.

ICS is a great school, the teachers are highly energetic, caring and gifted. The arts and athletic programs are fantastic, while being competitive they are inclusive, fun and are used to teach about life. The school leaders are amazing and incredibly focused on a vision for the school and its students.

Our children have and are receiving a very strong academic foundation but that's not why we love the school. Spiritual formation, foundational truths and practical application of faith are the strengths we''re most pleased to have available to our children. Our children have been afforded great college choices and scholarships, but their faith has a biblical foundation as a result of hearing God's word integrated in their academics, athletics and extracurriculars on a daily basis.
