School Reviews
5 Our son is still in elementary, and has been going to Legacy Christian Academy since 1st grade. We feel so fortunate to be a part of this school; every single adult at the school from the teachers to the administration to the staff, have their focus and mission on teaching our kids about Christ as well as academics. The facilities are older but well-maintained and beautiful, on historical grounds that are multi use and soooo gorgeous. The school is just the right size for us, to give our son quite a few options on activities, but small enough that communication is easy. He has great friends, kind and caring teachers, and is doing very well in his elementary years in this environment. - Posted by Parent - Joy |
5 We have been with Legacy for two years now, and couldn't be happier. The faculty is extremely nice and relational. The academics at the school are higher and the quality that the school gives is beyond what I could've imagined. The friendships that my kids have made are heartwarming. And on top of all of that, having Christ as the center so great. Legacy has blown me away with the difference the school has made in my child lives. I know that is because Christ is the foundation. - Posted by Parent - Amanda Grant |
5 2020,We are so blessed to be at Legacy! I appreciate that the teachers teach to a high academic standard, but also know it is important to learn life skills. My kids have also grown spiritually in the years they have been at Legacy. During Spiritual Emphasis week, my son decided to follow Jesus. This school has truly been life changing! The teachers have done an amazing job of knowing my kids and what they need. The teachers work hard to see areas (spiritual, academic, and social) where my kids can grow and they challenge and help plan for success in those areas. During spring of 2020 when the students had to learn from home, I was so impressed by how engaged the teachers were with students - even across the internet! While it wasn't ideal, Legacy continued to make adjustments as needed so the students could learn under the unusual circumstances. It was great to see the Legacy administrators, staff, and teachers work well together during a crisis. We are thankful. - Posted by Parent - Amy |
