Mt Airy Christian Day School Early Childhood Program curriculum is based on the philosophy that young children learn best in an environment that affords them the opportunity to explore, discover, and enjoy the learning process while engaging in creative integrated hands-on learning activities that encompass the needs of the whole child.
Christian Teachers use the latest educational techniques, materials, and technology to give children a strong foundation in Language Arts, Reading, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Music and Religion.
Computers are available to enhance educational programs. Mt Airy Christian Day School believes that parental involvement in the educational process of young children is essential for success.
To this end we expect parental participation in homework assignments, visitations, volunteerism where possible, and Parent Teacher Organization membership.
