I have three children who attended PDS, and two have already graduated. The academic program is rigorous yet flexible and diverse, truly meeting students where they are. The teachers set high standards while remaining incredibly nurturing. In addition, the college counseling team is outstanding-arguably the best among private schools in the area. They are extremely competent, responsive, and, most importantly, always act in the best interests of our children. I'm also very impressed with the new headmaster, an excellent educator who is doing a remarkable job of fostering a strong community while balancing academic rigor with overall student wellbeing. I truly believe the best is yet to come for PDS.

The best decision I made for my daughter was that the school atmosphere is welcoming and the academics are challenging but allow for failure and development. Top-notch programs.
