I have been a teacher at Rogue Valley Adventist Academy for quite some time, and I can honestly say it is a wonderful place to work. There is a strong sense of community among the staff-we genuinely care about one another, creating an atmosphere that feels more like family than just a workplace. I believe the staff genuinely care for the students as well. They encourage them to reach their full potential each day.
