School Notes

  • SELA: The International Private School is the first and only full-immersion language academy in Massachusetts that prepares English-speaking children linguistically, academically, and socially to excel in our global society through instruction in a second and third language.  SELA offers programs for Infants (3 months and up) through Junior K, and a private elementary school grades K-6.
  • Adult classes and After School class for grades K-12 are available as well.
  • All students are provided with opportunities to develop the ability to think logically, independently, creatively, and to communicate effectively in the second language. They are encouraged to cultivate an innate motivation for independent discovery beyond the school setting through a student-centered, hands-on curriculum.  SELA students acquire knowledge of citizenship and responsibility and value and respect the thoughts and opinions of their peers. Students graduate from SELA aware of global relationships and multicultural richness.Our program creates a nurturing environment of learning within. Students enrolled at SELA can better prepare themselves for the changes and challenges presented by the future.
