South Haven Christian School

Founded in 1986, South Haven Christian School is located on a beautiful 28-acre campus in fast-growing Robertson County.Our students come from Springfield and the surrounding areas including, but not limited to, Adams, Cedar Hill, Clarksville, Coopertown, Goodlettsville, Greenbrier, Joelton, Madison, Nashville, and White House.
SHCS is a member of the American Association of Christian Schools (AACS), is accredited by the Tennessee Associaiton of Christian Schools (TACS), in addition to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), and is approved by the Tennessee Department of Education as a Category II school,

School Notes

  • South Haven Christian School is a college preparatory school encouraging students to continue their education on a higher level.  APSU, Belmont, Bob Jones University, Bryan College, Crown College, Pensacola Christian College, UT Chattanooga, Knoxville, & Martin, TSU, Vol State, Vanderbilt, WKU, and West Coast Baptist College are just a few of the colleges that our graduates have atteded.
  • Dual-enrollment math is offered to juniors and seniors through APSU.
  • The SHCS calendar has 180 days consisting of a two-semester, four-quarter grading system.  The seconday school consists of eight 45-minute class periods, meeting five days a week.
  • SHCS Patriot athletics provides students with the opportunity to participate in golf, football, basketball, and soccer (young men); and golf, volleyball, basketball, soccer, softball, and cheerleading (young ladies). 
  • The SHCS Patriots possess several state championship banners in football, basketball, soccer and volleyball.
  • SHCS offers many opportunities for fine arts in music, art, choric speaking, and other areas.  Our choirs, ensembles, and solosits have competed at the state and national levels in our Association.
