  • Southland is recognized and fully approved by the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education. Our graduates have access to TOPS and other various scholarships. We also participate in the Tuition Donation Rebate Program. On average, our students score 1 to 2 grades higher on the Stanford 10, and our seniors have the ability to pursue Microsoft Certification in various Microsoft office programs. We are a member of the Accociation of Christian Educators of Louisiana. Our sports include Volleyball, Soccer, and Baseball. We offer students in the 5th - 8th grades an opportunity to participate in Jr. High Band, and we also offer private music lessons in piano, guitar, trumpet, violin, and voice. We have a choir that participates in the ACEL FIne Arts Festival and in the LMEA Music Festival. You can find more information about us on our website at Southlandsaints.com or on Facebook, or you can give us a call at 225-667-4679. (We are a ministry of Open Door Baptist Church.)
