  • Southland is recognized and fully approved by the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education. Our graduates have access to TOPS and other various scholarships. On average, our students score 1 to 2 grades higher on the IOWA test. We are a member of the Accociation of Christian Educators of Louisiana. Our sports include Volleyball, Soccer, and Baseball. We offer students in the 6th - 12th grades an opportunity to participate in Band, and we also offer private music lessons in piano, guitar, trumpet, violin, and voice. We have a choir that participates in the ACEL Fine Arts Festival and in the LMEA Music Festival.
