Bishop Hayes Catholic School, along with the members of Ss. Mary & Mathias Parish, gather as a sacramental church, enlivened by liturgy and worship, will model and commit to faith formation and spiritual growth of all persons based on Justice and Gospel values, Catholic church teachings, and family life so that Faith becomes Alive and Active.
Bishop Hayes Catholic School provides a faith-based education to students in Preschool – 5th grades.
At Bishop Hayes, the staff promotes spiritual and academic growth with consideration of physical, emotional, social and psychological factors.
Our goal is to develop students with sound moral principles, a sense of social justice, leadership skills, and academic excellence.
Students are expected and encouraged to make responsible choices. Bishop Hayes affords a special blend of staff, students, parents and community that enhances the elementary school experience by setting an example of life lived in harmony with one's religious beliefs, concern for fellow human beings, and development of special talents.
BHCS facilities include nine classrooms, chapel, full-size gymnasium, kitchen, computer lab, media center, playground, athletic fields, nature center, and prayer garden.
