School Notes

  • At Trilok, students love to learn. Through a curriculum that exceeds standards, we know that when students are able to take leadership, they master what they are learning. Students are independent thinkers who are aware and concerned with the world around them.
  • We use the Singapore Math method and ensure retention and comprehension with Math and Movement, an approach that incorporates kinesthetics into the math curriculum. By adding movement, students use both sides of their brains and develop a deep understanding of complex mathematical concepts.
  • Science learning happens both inside and outside of the classroom. Our students engage in a robust science curriculum, learning about the world around them through hypothesis testing and discovery. We are especially focused on environmental stability and provide our students with hands on learning in the Trilok Garden.
  • We value a clear choice-guided approach to classroom leadership, with a dialogue-based discipline system, where children understand the "why" behind the "way."
  • Through hands-on learning and small class sizes, Trilok hones the unique qualities within each individual. Lessons blend studious activities with diverse arts to best meet students' needs at all levels: social, cultural, emotional, developmental, moral, physical, and cognitive.
  • Learn more about our approach at trilokschool.org and sign up for a free open house or reduced price private tour by calling and mentioning the Private School Review.
