City Centre KinderCare

The teachers and staff at City Centre KinderCare are passionate about educating and nurturing children.
We provide children with many opportunities in the self-discovery process and challenge them to use critical-thinking skills in their learning environment.
Our teachers are mindful of learning environments as they carefully arrange their classrooms to promote respect, creativity and joy! Our team strives for excellence through continuing education from biannual company professional development trainings as well as other educational seminars.
All of our teachers have one common interest, teaching children.
The success of our teachers is measured by the success of our children and their love for learning.
As each child and family become a part of our KinderCare family, we are inspired just as equally, each day!.

School Notes

  • Welcome to City Centre KinderCare! My name is Susan Knutson. I have been the CD at this center since it opened in 1994. My teachers and I have 115 years of experience working with children! We are passionate about educating and nurturing children and having fun doing it! We believe in building literacy skills, language skills, math and science skills, and imaginations! Come in and see all the fun and learning that we do everyday!
  • Keeping children safe is our top priority. All staff are trained in infant/child First Aid and CPR, SIDS, and Shaken Baby Syndrome. We have a key code entry, fenced in playgrounds and pay special attention to persons authorized for picking up children. We have a fulltime cook who handles special dietary needs and we strive to keep our center clean and children healthy!
