Granite Bay Montessori

Granite Bay Montessori is a non-profit school founded in 1991 - we are celebrating our 32rd year with the 2023-24 school year!
The school serves children from pre-school (2 years) through 8th grade. Granite Bay Montessori offers an individualized, child-centered program designed to meet the needs of each student.
The program is designed to foster independent, motivated students.
The teacher's role in the Montessori classroom is to motivate and stimulate children by continuously introducing them to new materials and activities.
Cooperative projects help children bring together individual talents to accomplish common goals.
Our school program also incorporates special programs in the studies of art, music, foreign language, and drama.
