Hephatha Lutheran Church and School Photo #2 - Beginning in 5th grade, students are offered additional Camps: Astro Camp for 5th grade, Science Camp for 6th grade, and Outdoor Education for 7th and 8th grade, alternating between Washington D.C. and camping in Catalina or Yosemite.
Hephatha Lutheran Church and School Photo #3 - "Builders of Faith, Open to All" is our Mission! We have enjoyed hosting several International Students for entire academic school years, as well as Winter Camp and Summer Camp.
Hephatha Lutheran Church and School Photo #4 - Science is a "fun"damental subject at Hephatha. Students participate in labs involving dissection, DNA extraction, chemical bonding, and more in our brand new, state-of-the-art S.T.E.A.M. Lab and Music Building!
Hephatha Lutheran Church and School Photo #5 - Hephatha has a stellar Music program, which offers beginning, intermediate and advanced strings, a K-2nd grade strings program, beginning, advanced, and Middle School choir, drama, and private piano and music lessons. Music is also integrated in the curriculum for all EC-8th grade students.
Hephatha Lutheran Church and School Photo #6 - Hephatha offers a competitive intramural sports program, which includes flag football, basketball, volleyball and track and field. P.E. is built into the curriculum for K-8th, and students begin dressing out for P.E. in 5th grade.

Our developmental program focus on learning through the fives senses, and through play. Our EC program is full of rich tradition, including Father's Night and Mom's Love Night, and on-campus field trips such as Snow Day and Petting Zoo Day.
