  • Owl Hill Learning Center of Lancaster, PA provides early education and child care to infants and children through 11 years of age.
  • Since 1984, our goal is to provide a center where children will have opportunities to grow cognitively, socially, emotionally and physically.
  • Our staff, with their years of experience and education, will provide the appropriate environment and guidance that every child needs to be successful.
  • This will be accomplished through daily educational activities, being positive role models and to always work in partnership with families.
