St. Luke's Episcopal School's Japonica campus is an incredible place for children to learn and grow. The individualized instruction, small class sizes, and caring teachers make a huge difference in my child's education. Anytime I've had a concern, it's been easy to reach out to a teacher or administrator, and I've always felt heard.Academically, St. Luke's is top-notch. They offer science-based enrichment classes, and the teachers bring subjects to life—Ms. Thompson keeps my child excited about science, and Mr. D is hands-down the best music teacher ever! The coursework is rigorous but rewarding, ensuring students are challenged in the best way.Beyond academics, the school truly cares about character development. Weekly chapel services and dedicated classes help students understand emotions, kindness, and what it means to be a good person. My child is also thriving in extracurricular activities, enjoying both basketball and soccer, as well as participating in school plays and performances throughout the year.Communication with parents is outstanding. Teachers use ClassDojo daily, send home notes in binders, and the school-wide PawPrints newsletter keeps us informed every Friday. The school's website calendar and social media pages make it easy to stay up to date, and if anything important arises, the nurse, teachers, or administrators personally reach out. What sets St. Luke's apart is its warm, welcoming environment. It's a place where kids can focus on their education without growing up too fast. My daughter has made great friends and looks forward to school every day. If you're looking for a small, family-friendly school with excellent academics and a nurturing atmosphere, I highly recommend St. Luke's Episcopal School's Japonica campus!

St. Luke's is a wonderful school. The academics are top-notch, the community is amazing, and the teachers are the best. It has everything that your children need in the most nurturing environment. St. Luke's is very impressive for only having a few graduating classes. It has been a joy to be a part of the growth.

We have been at St. Luke's for 11 years and love it. My children are challenged academically and athletically and are pushed to reach their potential by teachers who they know care about them. Great lessons being taught in the classroom, and the curriculum based field trips are phenomenal (especially the Middle School trips to the Great Smoky Mountains, Key West and Washington, D.C.). The sports program is unmatched (extra-curricular programs for grades K3-12) and we love the environment. I would highly recommend St. Luke's to anyone who wants their child to have the best!

I highly recomemmend this school to anyone who is looking to have their child challenged in a great environment. The programs ( academic, athletic, and arts) are wonderful and the teachers are as concerned about each child's success as the parents are. Our entire family is involved at the school and we LOVE IT! They say it takes a village...we love the way this VILLAGE is working with us to help our children become strong, successful students, athletes and artists!
