As a parent of two Saint Matthew's students, currently in 8th and 5th grade, I can confidently say that this school has been a blessing for our family. For us, it is essential that our children develop a strong Catholic faith-something they can carry with them as they grow, face life's challenges, and know that God is always by their side. Saint Matthew's Catholic School has played an imperative role in providing this foundation. Both of my children began here at the Pre-K level, and it has been a wonderful journey. The campus itself is beautiful. Situated on 16 acres at the corner of Sunset and River Bend Road in the upper valley, it features multiple buildings including a cafeteria building, a multipurpose event building, the main school building, and the church. In addition, the grounds include basketball court, play yard and a full-size football field. It truly is a place that inspires pride and gratitude. The teachers and faculty are professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I have never had any concerns with the staff - they go above and beyond to ensure that students succeed both academically and spiritually. What makes Saint Matthew's even more special is the sense of community. The school and church host faith-based after-school programs, fundraising events, dinners, and celebrations that allow families to bond and grow together. It is a vibrant, welcoming, and supportive community where everyone feels connected.I wholeheartedly recommend Saint Matthew's Catholic School to any family seeking an excellent education rooted in Catholic values. It has given my children not just knowledge, but faith, friendships, and a strong foundation for life.
