St. Monica Elementary is located in the City of Rochester and accepts children from Pre-school to 6th grade.
St. Monica's educational program provides a strong foundation that helps children grow to be dedicated Christians and responsible citizens.
Now more than ever, the benefit of a Catholic education is needed to give children the best hope of following Christ's example, along with an exemplary educational program.
St. Monica School encourages students to act as good Christians and good Samartians.
Respect, sharing, kindness and peacemaking are encouraged and rewarded. Faith, a disciplined environment, individual expression, and a family atmosphere is evident when walking through St.
Monica's doors. The school's curriculum includes all of the core subject areas including religon, and follows the New York State and Diocesan standards.
Specials such as technology, music, art, library, and P.E., are introduced in Pre-school and are intergrated through out the curriculum K - 6.
Priority is placed on developing literacy for our students in all grades and levels.
