Participating in a virtual program has helped my daughter become more independent. She has learned about time management and is now responsible for her own schedule. She has learned new skills, especially when it comes to technology. She is really good at finding information now and navigating the internet and various platforms. I think this in itself is a great skill to have these days and a benefit of the Compass program. As for classes they are well structured and productive, which is totally different from the online learning we experienced during the pandemic. Now I feel virtual learning is more efficient and gives my daughter more time for hobbies and doing things she enjoys. I am happy with this program.

Both of my kids are enrolled at Campus. After the pandemic a lot of kids fell behind (to no surprise) and I feel like those gaps can only be addressed with an individualized approach. I like the recommendations the Compass teachers were able to provide students and parents, which allowed our kids to get back on track. They were taught effective concepts in class and assigned independent work to reinforce them. Having a routine and study time helped them immensely. Outside of class, they could also easily reach out to their teachers with questions through the learning portal. Would definitely recommend this program.

One of the great things about Compass is that they essentially have an unlimited selection of courses, which even include all of the AP, honors, and elective courses. We were able to talk with the administrators who provided my daughter with valuable suggestions that ended up working out very well with her interests and goals. We have never had this many options for courses at any school previously.

My son`s previous school was not meeting our needs and I was surprised when I first came across this customized program. My son was having challenges with some of his subjects and his teachers at The Compass School were able to assess the areas that needed the most focus. Since enrolling he has caught up and is now excelling with his school work.

The academics at The Compass School are great, but as a virtual school, I was very happy to see how much they also focus on social interaction for the students. This gave my son a great balance between his schoolwork and making friends.

We changed schools mid-year and the administrative team was very helpful in getting us enrolled. We worked with them to tailor the class schedule and get our online accounts set up. The teachers did a review for each subject to make sure my son transitioned into his new curriculum. Thank you.

This is a great program that prepared my daughter for college courses and admissions tests. The advisors helped us select the right universities and guided us through the entire application process.

We love the flexibility this program offers. Our family travels a lot and my teenagers are still able to keep up with schoolwork and attend classes. Plus, we`re always able to pause classes if needed. I like that about this school- never once have I encountered a program that offers live interaction with this much flexibility.

One of the most important aspects of the Compass program for my child is the relationships he is able to build with his teachers. That alone enhances the learning process immensely. For example, humanities teachers are able to not only highlight my son`s strengths and correct weaknesses but also pick content that is interesting to him. He is very active, so including texts about sports automatically sparks more of an interest in him. It doesn't mean they don`t read texts on a variety of topics but still, the mere fact that some crucial skills can be learned with great interest is essential. The teacher is always able to tell how engaged he is and adjust the tasks accordingly.
