The mission of the Xavier University Montessori Lab School is to educate children from many cultures and diverse communities.
It is our purpose to develop the whole child by observing, documenting, and assessing children in their learning environment and developing a rich curriuclum based on the information collected.
Our responsibiity is to be a demonstration lab school to reflect the philosophy and methods of the Xavier Montessori Teacer Education Program at Xavier University; thereby serving as an authentic model of Montessori best practice.
