Banyan Tree Compass Academy is a private elementary school that specializes in addressing learning differences.
Intensive intervention for students in grades 2-8 provides necessary support and remediation for language-based learning differences including dyslexia, auditory processing disorders, mild autism, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and ADHD. By getting to the root of the problem and addressing it specifically, students achieve success and are ready to take that next step in their education.

Our one-room schoolhouse concept addresses skill levels, not grade levels. Students are taught the skills they need to overcome their learning challenges. Using explicit systematic evidence-based instruction and curriculum, particularly a structured literacy approach, students can make significant gains in a relatively short time. Meeting the needs of the whole child includes social and emotional learning. Following the latest research in neuroscience and brain-based learning, we build foundations for learning to make lifelong changes.
