Professional Teachers Our caring, professional teaching and support staff have chosen a career in early childhood education.
Many of our teachers and support staff have degrees in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education and several have achieved certification in Child Development.
Each staff member has been carefully selected through an extensive interview and background check process and is required to participate in a minimum of 15 hours of ongoing professional development each year.
At Kids Kastle, we believe that ongoing parent communication and involvement are essential for a successful child care and preschool experience.
We keep you informed of your child's personal development and the daily/weekly events at the center through daily reports, fall and spring conferences and monthly calendars and newsletters.
Also, each lobby and classroom has a parent communication board to keep you up to date on events and activities unique to the center and your child's classroom.
