Crane Country Day School Photo #2 - 7th Grade QED Project allows students to pursue their interests and passions through a 16-week independent study with an expert mentor.
Crane Country Day School Photo #3 - Upper School Trip Week takes students snorkeling and exploring environmental stewardship on Catalina Island (6th Grade), zip-lining and developing teamwork and leadership skills in the San Bernardino Mountains (7th Grade), and river rafting, hiking, and spending time with school children and locals in Costa Rica (8th Grade).
Crane Country Day School Photo #4 - The Lower School Track Meet competes against local schools to practice teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness.
Crane Country Day School Photo #5 - Upper School students develop a strong conceptual understanding through experiential learning and hands-on lessons and programs.
Crane Country Day School Photo #6 - The Upper School Service Learning program empowers students to care for one another and the world around them by letting them choose the organizations to support and develop ways in which to help. At any one time, 8–10 local and international organizations are being supported by Crane students.
Crane Country Day School Photo #7 - The Upper School Musical gives students a stage to express their musical and theatrical abilities. Past shows include Aladdin, Peter Pan, and High School Musical.
Crane Country Day School Photo #8 - Lower School Spring Study Week immerses students in a thematic study through complete experiential education. Classrooms are transformed into dynamic learning environments where students participate in cross-grade workshops and attend guest presentations. Past themes have included Native Americans, The Renaissance through Leonardo da Vinci, and Latitude 0: Journey around the Equator.
