Dayspring Preschool & Kindergarten

Dayspring Preschool & Kindergarten is a non-profit school located in the Dayspring United Methodist Church since 1981.
We have created a caring, nurturing environment where providing the best possible education is just the beginning.
We are committed to the total well-being of each and every child and family who pass through our gates.
Our mission is to promote a partnership among children, parents and staff.
We believe that all children go through predictable stages of growth physically, mentally, and emotionally.
We also believe that children grow in various ways and at an individual pace.
Our job is to recognize where each child is on this journey and design activities that complement individual growth and development.
Our teachers are a talented and experienced group. They have been chosen for their training, experience, character and ability to relate well with young children.
All lead teachers are degreed in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and half of the staff have also earned master's degrees.
In addition, our teachers are a dedicated group. Currently the average tenure of a Dayspring teacher is ten years.
The quality of our program is a direct reflection of this expertise and loyalty.
