  • Glenwood Country Day School is unique! We provide outdoor education on our wooded 40 acres. The kids rotate throughout the property to science, math, spanish, reading, physical education, music, STEAM and art.Our certified teachers develop their lessons to compliment each child's learning style. Our individual hands-on approach to learning reaches ALL learners. We have multi-age classes and group children into very small learning groups based by their ability and not by age. We devote so much attention to our students because we want to give them the best opportunity to succeed and feel great about themselves.
  • Our child-centered outdoor academic program emphasizes a strong foundation in the basics, as our children explore in science , STEAM, reading, spanish, art, music, yoga, physical education, math, and social studies.Traditional teaching methodology is mixed with use of hands-on materials and manipulatives to make learning attainable for every child. Each child's curriculum is personalized and presented in a multi-sensory approach. Children "learn through play" and have FUN!!
