- Holy Rosary Elementary School is Located in Duryea, Pennsylvania, a lovely municipality nestled on the banks of the Lackawanna River midway between Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, our Roman Catholic Community is comprised of a vibrant Diocesan Elementary School, with the added blessing of three unique parish churches joined under one pastor.
