- La Escuelita Arcoiris is a nature-based Spanish immersion pre-school located in the Squirrel Hill. Our mission is to serve young people, their families, and the greater community through a culturally diverse, creative, child-focused learning environment. We provide pedagogical excellence through dynamic, child-centered learning programs using the principles and philosophy of Emergent Curriculum. By providing authentic and diverse educational and cultural experiences, La Escuelita Arcoiris is Pittsburgh's most creative early childhood language immersion program. A five-classroom school involving over 90 familiescomprised of mixed ages preschool and pre-kindergarten classes, after school programs and summer camp.
