St. Bernadette School

St. Bernadette School nurture the spiritual growth of our students through Catholic teachings and traditions, to encourage self-discipline, and to provide tools for academic excellence.
Teachers, administrators, parents and the community share the responsibility for advancing our school's mission.
Our Catholic Identity is celebrated in weekly liturgies, prayer services, daily religion classes, reaching beyond ourselves in service to others by writing letters to the parish's home-bound, collecting food for the local food pantries, and treating others with respect and kindness.
We believe that all students can learn, therefore curriculum and instructional practice incorporates a variety of instructional approaches and learning activities to accommodate differences in learning styles.
Each student is a valued individual with unique physical, social, emotional and intellectual needs.
Our curriculum and instructional design is grounded in the philosophy of continuous improvement.
The success of St. Bernadette School is due to several factors.
The faculty and staff are highly dedicated and qualified, are open to new ideas, and implement Best Practices to provide quality education.
Each classroom is equipped with a voice amplification system, an interactive white board and projector, TV, VCR/DVD player, CD player, and desktop computers and printers.
The Internet is available to all computers. Positive discipline is used to help the students make 'good choices'.
The teachers know their students and are able to provide them with the support needed in order for them to become successful learners.
