Nestled in the Connecticut River Valley of Western Massachusetts, SBS educates students from across the country and around the world on our beautiful 100-acre campus. Located 58 miles from Bradley International Airport in Hartford, Connecticut and 97 miles from Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts, SBS is geographically situated nearby the Five College Consortium- a higher education non-profit fostering a vibrant intellectual community that includes Amherst College, Hampshire College, Mount Holyoke College, Smith College, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. SBS students have access to collaborative academic programs, enterprise initiatives, and community engagement.SBS's Learning Center supports all academic disciplines designed to ensure that each student receives personalized support for their individual learning profile. Boarding begins in Grade 7 and international students are welcome to enroll in Middle School (Grade 7 & 8). Additionally, students are welcome to enroll throughout the year due to our flexible enrollment program. We are in our 3rd year of being SBS parents and our child couldn`t be happier. The well-rounded education curriculum is just what we were looking for. We are looking forward to watching our child continue to blossom during high school at SBS!

I absolutely loved my time at Stoneleigh; the caring, nurturing environment combined with rigorous coursework and challenging extracurriculars prepared me for college, graduate school, career, and maintaining a self-care personal life of riding and sports!

Great academics with very small class sizes and lots of teacher support and interaction. IB curriculum is very intense, but extra attention means that most girls excel. Caring, inclusive community.
