Being in a house gives the center a home-like atmosphere, which easesthe child from his or her home into the early educational environment. The Family Academy provides a nurturing and safe educational environment for children, promotingindividualism. It also enhances the children`s self-esteem through positive reinforcement.All Staff at The Family Academy have Early Childhood teaching backgrounds. Pre-school and Montessori Teachers have Montessori Degrees and all Staff are Certified inInfant /Child CPR and First Aid. Staff regularly attends workshops and training. The majority of staff has been with the Academy for over 6 years, displaying the highlevel of commitment, satisfaction and morale.
