First Baptist School

First Baptist School is a ministry of First Baptist Church.
We believe in and practice the traditional educational values that made America great.
We believe in patriotism and free enterprise and that the Bible is our only rule for faith and practice.
We believe that the educational institution must not only provide a Christian atmosphere and classes in Bible study, but also relate all secular knowledge to Biblical truth.
We offer an educational program that emphasizes the basic fundamentals of education.
We believe that our children should acquire the ability to read with comprehension, spell correctly, write accurately, speak clearly, and compute precisely.
We also believe Christian teachers in traditional classrooms play an integral part in quality education. It is our desire to instill in each child a personal commitment to high spiritual and moral standards.
We want to reverse the recent trend in our country of lowering standards, caused by the absence of God's Word from educational and discipline programs.

School Reviews

FBS is a great school for children in any grade. There is a strong emphasis on Christian education where kids are taught to not be afraid to share their faith in Christ. Academics are top notch and this is proven by the higher than average basic assessment skills test results. If your looking for a great education and an affordable price, (FBS tuition is much lower than other Christian schools) then this is your place to be!
