  • New Day School offers a full-day preschool program designed for children aged 2.5 to 5 years, providing flexible scheduling options of two, three, or five days per week. Our school spans two recently renovated buildings, housing three classrooms with child-teacher ratios of 10:1 and 9:1, and features expansive outdoor play areas and gardens.
  • Our Circle of Love Curriculum fosters holistic development by nurturing social consciousness, ecological stewardship, and individual potential through hands-on learning experiences. Emphasizing ethical values such as Helping Hands, Inner Light, Nature Study, and Kind Deeds, this curriculum integrates monthly themes into stories, projects, and songs, encouraging children to explore the interconnectedness of the universe.
  • Enriching activities including puppetry, music, drama, sports, yoga, language learning, gardening, and art projects, alongside ample playtime, make learning both meaningful and enjoyable. Our daily routine begins with a morning circle, featuring seasonal songs, rhymes, and games, followed by free play and guided activities encompassing baking, painting, and crafts, all designed to enhance language acquisition, motor skills, and creative expression.
  • For children aged 4 to 5, our "academic choice" materials further reinforce foundational concepts in math, art, science, language, writing, and practical life through hands-on exploration. Outdoor time, regardless of weather, encourages imaginative play in our expansive play yard and gardens, equipped with natural playscapes and sturdy climbing structures.
  • At New Day School, we value parental involvement, offering volunteer opportunities to strengthen the bond between families and our community. Our meal service reflects our commitment to health and diversity, providing a daily hot lunch and afternoon snack prepared with care in our school kitchen, featuring a balance of wholesome proteins, grains, and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
