Odenton Christian School

At Odenton Christian School, our mission is to inspire young people to pursue excellence through quality education and the life-changing knowledge of Jesus Christ.
We have no doubt that the best way to educate a child is to provide a traditional classroom setting where Bible based materials are used in conjunction with time honored methods such as drill, recitation, and memorization.
We use the A Beka curriculum in all of our classes, and have done so for many years.
Our program begins with four year old pre kindergarten and continues through twelfth grade.

This school has such a stable environment, and students thrive. Students from public schools usually have to catch up academically. Warning, those crazy bad reviews from random parents are almost always parents who were very aggressive for the wrong reasons. One of them (I know the parent), was banned from the premises for a good reason, and she posted a review on google to try and slander the school.OCS is an awesome school, and more schools like it are needed.

I have two students enrolled in the secondary department at OCS. The faculty and staff are very helpful and encouraging. My students are thriving with the fast-paced curriculum and the smaller class sizes. Even for a smaller school, they still offer opportunities to take part in sports, drama, and other extracurricular activities. I highly recommend OCS as an alternative to higher-priced private schools or the public school system. They were also willing to give a military discount.

My daughter currently attends Odenton Christian School and I must say I am extremely impressed. The teachers are wonderful and God has truly placed them to impact the lives of our youth in such positive ways. I would choose Odenton over and over again, thank you so much for all the hard work you all do!!

YES! YES! YES! Gooooo OCS!!!! We LOVE this school! We moved to Ft. Meade midway through the year last year and are so happy that we chose Odenton Christian School for our 3 children! From the academically rigorous daily lessons to the structure and order in the hallways to the consistent Christian worldview running through the veins of EVERY aspect of this school again, all I can say is, GO OCS! We LOVE IT! Odenton is a place where high standards and Christian character are a part of every classroom, every day, all the time. We appreciate the sincerity of the teachers approach to academic excellence when the bell rings the learning begins! And I can honestly that I have witnessed my children's growth academically and socially as much as in Biblical knowledge and Christian character. Odenton Christian School is just a gem.

Odenton Christian School (OCS) is a great bible base school. My two beautiful daughters are currently enrolled at OCS and they love it so much that they can't wait to be in school every day of the week. It is a great environment where they learn and the word of God is also taught as is. I am very excited to see my little girls (K3 & K4) quoting scriptures and praying. The teachers are great and take very good care of the children. I will not hesitate to recommend OCS to anyone in the area.
