My two children attend Epiphany and it is a solid school. Nothing fancy, as they focus on the old school principals. Plenty of tests / memorization. While there are differing views on the frequency of testing, they certainly help determine whether you know the material or not. I've heard from parents with older kids that the tough regimen of tests, papers and projects has prepared the kids very well for the tougher high schools like Stuyvesant and Bronx Science, where a a few graduates of this small school attend every graduating year. Great value for your dollar; hard working staff and hard working kids. I'll take that deal.
