When my son started at Parkside, he barely had any words and I was so worried about how he would handle being in school. But I had nothing to worry about. Parkside understood who he was as a learner, and also as a whole child. They gave him an education (he now talks non-stop, and can read and even do multiplication) and they gave him confidence. He is so happy and confident about who he is as a learner. He is about to enter middle school and is so prepared thanks to the wonderful staff and faculty at Parkside!

My son just completed his third year at Parkside, and we couldn`t be happier with the school and all the progress he`s made. Every single one of his teachers and therapists has been incredibly dedicated, kind, and patient with my son, while also providing appropriate challenges for him to grow academically and socially. His confidence at school is through the roof, and I can only attribute that to the positive and nurturing energy that defines Parkside. They also have a substantial arts & movement program that not only develops my son's strength, coordination, and focus; it also helps him to more easily socialize with peers and simply come out of his shell. The teachers and administrative staff at Parkside are highly communicative and responsive to parents, and there`s an active Parent`s Association that adds to the wonderful community. Needless to say, we`re very grateful to be at this amazing school!
