Axiom Christian Classical School

After more than a decade of working together as colleagues, three people felt a calling and a passion for a higher level of excellence in classical education.
With gifted expertise, wisdom and over 30+ combined years of experience in this specialized academic field, they fanned these gifts, as Paul advised Timothy, into the flame of Axiom School, Albuquerque's new classical Christian academy.
Serving student grade levels from Kindergarten to twelfth grade, five days a week we are committed to Forming the Virtuous Scholar.

School Notes

  • Ideas. It`s all about ideas. It`s one thing to teach the mind what to think about ideas, but human beings are more - mind, body and soul. They think, feel, love, and yearn. Classical education is about training and exercising that whole person to love what is lovely and be a scholar for life by finding and imitating the Ideal One - the Logos - in every aspect of life.

The school uses classical education methods with expertise. Our student has thrived due to the quality of education, and great approach to physical fitness, and the arts. They utilize an impressive list of modern and classical authors to inspire a love of reading. Science is hands-on with unique applications that capture the imagination. The faculty credentials are college level with several doctorally prepared in their fields. Our daughter loves the kind and respectful community of peers. She can focus on her studies because the environment is peaceful. No bullying. She also loves the industrial vibe of the student areas and large areas for athletics and arts.

Great school! The teachers and staff know and care about each student. The environment is positive and loving. They provide excellent athletic opportunities and programs such as music and drama. The best part is their strong academic program. Their tuition is very reasonable and the teachers are excellent with a very supportive and active administration. The application process for Axiom has been seamless. The family interview and math placement meeting were wonderful opportunities to learn even more about the heart of the administration for both Christ and the students. My son was so encouraged to see the sincere care and concern the staff has for him. I appreciate the focus on educating "the virtuous scholar." My son could learn facts and skills anywhere but world events show a deep need for men and women who apply knowledge in a humble, honest, and Christ-exalting way. I'm confident that my son will be both educated and discipled at Axiom for God's glory and my son's good.
