  • My Name is Greg Harris and I serve here with my darling wife Karonda Harris as our Director of Public Relations.  God called us here in 2017 to serve Dr. J. Tony Kohout Jr. and he has placed us in this role to serve our families in this Christian Academy.  We love to serve and being in His service makes us at YOUR service.  Please make an appointment to tour our Academy anytime day or night.  We work with your schedule.  Our K5 through 12th grades are always enrolling.  If you are having a tough time where ya'll are - we can help.  If you want a faith based solid academic education - we can help.  If you are looking for a solid Independant Baptist Church with a Pastor who loves to and has been shepherding our church in the love of Christ for forty years - we can help.  We just want to serve our families and say our favorite words - Welcome Home.

My 8 years old daughter is getting ready to start her third year at Buford Road Christian Academy. I originally enrolled her there because I was not pleased with the quality of the public schools in our district. We have stayed at BRCA because of the quality of the schooling, staff, and reasonable rates of the school. We intend to keep her there until she graduates from high school. My daughter loves her teachers and participating in cheerleading for the basketball team. We probably love most the we can share our love for Jesus there.

I enrolled my 6-year-old last year due to covid reasons and it was the absolute best decision I made for him. I love it so much that I will not be putting him back into public schools again. I am also enrolling my 15-year-old this year into the 10th grade. I have seen so much progress in my son's academics since attending Buford Road. Everyone is super friendly and always available for any questions or concerns at any time. His teacher keeps a daily journal and addresses any concerns needed. My son also attended their basketball team and was always included in the games. They didn't let him give up and encouraged him the whole time. I absolutely love this school

My family and I found BRCA in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. BRCA opened their doors and hearts to my sweet boy. Before BRCA my little one was stressed and overwhelmed with school. Once he started BRCA I could tell such a difference. He wanted to get up and go to school every day. He was so happy every day I came home from work. I finally had my happy boy back. The teachers and staff are so welcoming and are willing to help students in any way possible to make sure that they get the best education possible. Their compassion and servant-hearted attitudes have been such a blessing to my family. The main reason I love BRCA is that they are a Christian focused academy. Christ is the center of our family and we are so blessed that it is now the center of our child's education as well.

I am so thankful my husband and I made the decision to switch our girls to this school. They attended the 2016/2017 school year and we plan on sending them again this upcoming year. The teachers and directors are truly amazing and the environment for my kids is by far better than any I have seen. My girls thrived here and both were A's and B's. The staff is wonderful, caring and nurturing and I just can't say enough. The Basketball team was great and my oldest daughter there was a cheerleader. The Arts, Spanish and sign language is an awesome add on. Thank you to the amazing teachers, directors and staff for a year well done.
