Lake Forest Academy Photo #2 - The curriculum at Lake Forest Academy is a challenging, four year, program composed of a core of studies and a broad range of electives. A minimum of 18 total credits over four years is required to earn an LFA diploma.
Lake Forest Academy Photo #3 - LFA boasts a robust Arts Concentration program that immerses students into three areas of study: visual arts, music, and theater. Students are encouraged to develop their creative thinking skill and pursue personal exploration.
Lake Forest Academy Photo #4 - Student schedules are divided by cycles, which feature seven school days (A Day to G Day). Each schedule is tailored to the student and allows non-class time to get a head start on homework, attend a club meeting, get extra help from a teacher or just hang out with friends.

- Lake Forest Academy, founded in 1857, is a product of a boys' school and girls' school, Ferry Hall. We admit both day and boarding school students who are enthusiastic learners and ready for different experiences.
