  • St. Matthew Catholic School was founded in 1914 as a mission of the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon. Today, it provides a quality education in Preschool-Grade 8 under the Archdioces of Portland in Oregon. In addition to the core curriculum, St. Matthew offers PE, Health, Music, Band, Tech/STEM, Art Literacy, Library and Spanish. The curriculum stresses academic achievement within a Christian community where the child feels that he/she is loved and respected.
