The Marylhurst School is an independent, progressive education community, founded in 1972. We serve children in preschool through eighth grade. We embrace the creativity, questions and risk taking of childhood in a supportive, hands-on environment. We offer: Small classes with teachers who inspire learning and build relationships so that every child is truly known.
Experiential, thematic studies that reflect our community of learners and the limitless opportunities in the world around us.

Wonderful teachers. Small student to teacher ratio. When your child goes to this school you become a part of a community devoted to what the children and the parents need. Teachers have been understanding and accommodating of my sensory sensative kiddo. I vote this one of the best preschools in Oregon.
