Breakthrough Academy

  • At Breakthrough Academy, we provide an opportunity for children to learn using Applied Behavior Analysis, Gardner's Multiple Intelligences theory, and multisensory, structured, language education. We allow learning in our school to be hands-on, collaborative, and socratic. Instruction in our small, multi-age classrooms is based on the Next Generation Science Standards and we are an AZ STEM Network School, yet we cater to the unique educational and motivational needs of each student. Our staff continue to trial necessary intervention programs with fidelity until each student finds success and a pace of learning that challenges him or her.
  • We use Precision Teaching ensuring every educational decision is data-driven. Success is determined by defined, specific criteria so there is no doubt...no question...no concern about a student's individual progress. When mastery is met, another level or program is implemented. We are confident that our students will perform highly because we teach our students in ways that they learn. Breakthrough Academy - where instruction is personalized, multisensory, and effective.  Come for a tour.
