Chelsea School is located inHyattsville, MD, and serves students from the DC Metro Area.Our studentsare middle school and high school students (grades 5-12) with language-based learning differences and ADD/ADHD.Our faculty and staffincludes dedicated teachers who are certified in special education and/or their specific content area.Our curriculumis designed to prepare students for the rigors of college-level courses and includes small group instruction, and remedial tutorials, as well as access to speech-language therapy, occupational therapy and counseling.

Chelsea School is exceptionally good and successful in its education of LD students, especially those with dyslexia and ADHD. The administration & teachings staff are dedicated, patient, creative, and supportive of students & parents. Students evolve into self-confident, capable individuals who college-ready if they so chose that path. Extracurricular activities are diverse and interesting, with a history of success in its sports programs, & annually students are recognized for their academic & extracurricular success. Chelsea is without a doubt a remarkable school with a positive learning environment & proven success.
