I believe this is the best, well-rounded, top end private school in the area. We have 5 children and toured the major private schools in the area, and I thought University School was the best. The campus is beautiful, modern, and high tech. The staff and students were all open, kind, and accepting. I have met some great fellow parents at the school.

The teachers and administrators are great! An AWESOME school. I would highly recommend NSU to anyone that wants their kids to prosper. Students are encouraged to try to experience everything and find the best in U. It has an amazing balance of being academically challenging and extremely nurturing with the best resources in technology, academics, arts and athletics.

My daughter is currently a Junior Kindergarten student at the Lower School. Our experience has been beyond amazing. We love the school family. The staff and faculty are all extremely caring and everyone knows my daughter personally. In just the first 2 months she was writing her name and making leaps and bounds in her academic capabilities. They also have her with an amazing teacher, Ms. Payton who was perfect for her. She works with her on behavior and coping habits in addition to the traditional functions of a teacher. We will be returning for kindergarten and could not be more excited!

I have 3 kids at University School (11th, 8th, and 5th) with very different personalities and learning styles. The best thing about U School is that all of them happy and are engaged in learning from teachers who really know and care about my kids. U School is a leader in experiential and project-based learning that requires kids to problem-solve and build the skills that will take them through the 21st century. The philosophy at U School is student-centered and the goal is to help kids find what excites them and then help them pursue their passions and interests. When you add to that the opportunities in arts, athletics, debate, robotics, and the resources of Nova Southeastern University, I can't think of a better place for my kids!

My children have all excelled at NSU University School. From the superior academics to the wide range of extra curricular activities in both the arts and sports, it`s easy to find a niche for all children. The Fellowship programs that are intertwined with Nova University, offers opportunities that no other public or private institution can touch at a high school level. Bar none, University School is a school that stands in a league of its own. Their students are independent thinkers who excel in all they set out to do.

I have a child at NSU University School that is currently in 4th grade. She started at University School in Pre-K when we relocated to South Florida from New York. I am grateful every day that USchool became her home away from home. What a wonderful feeling as a parent to hear your child tell you that she loves school! I am continually impressed with the academic curriculum. The administration works tirelessly to evolve methods of teaching and keep facilities up to date in a modern, technology driven world. The school has not only taught my daughter to be a good student, but to also be a good citizen. The parents at school are a wonderful, warm and diverse group. We have both made friendships and bonds that will last a lifetime.

NSU University School offers the best school experience I could have imagined for my kids. The teachers are invested in the students' success, and they do everything in their power to ensure college readiness. NSU University School is fantastic school with endless opportunities. There is a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and excellent support from guidance counselors and faculty. The campus itself is very safe, with security guards on staff 24/7. NSU's sport facilities and arts program are truly incredible...state of the art! They are dedicated not only to sports, but to wellness as a whole. NSU's academics are exceptional. The school fosters a love of learning in every student.

Have two sons, one in High School and another one in Middle School. Moved to Fort Lauderdale, and started in NSU University School half a year ago. My sons felt welcomed from day one. Teachers and counselors work hand-in-hand and respond to 100% of my inquiries/emails in a timely manner. Learning environment is led and executed by highly educated faculty. Education is valued and executed through experiential learning. My son in middle school is building a robotic hand in Science to provide it to a person in need. My son in High School is already participating in a Fellowship which provide him with the opportunity to work on a project with College professors/staff and students at NOVA university. More importantly, my two sons are eager to go to school every day and are happy while challenged and motivated to study! As parents, we surely have peace of mind. I highly recommend NSU University School.

USchool has been an incredible educational experience for my son. Their approach to education and development fits him, and my vision for the type of person I want him to become. Independent, Self-reliant, and happy. He has thrived with their holistic approach to education, and development, in a "smaller" environment, with amazing facilities, engaged staff, where his strengths are accentuated and his weaknesses are developed. Every school talks about tailored education, but USchool delivers.

I am a staff member at NSU University School and consider myself incredibly blessed and fortunate to work in such a positive, nurturing environment centered around the growth and success of our students. I've witnessed firsthand the impact our educators have had on our students educational journey, beginning at age 4 and progressing to the 12th grade. I am wowed by the breadth of extracurricular activities and opportunities for involvement/leadership the school offers, as well as the respect and kindness the student body exudes. I'm proud to call myself a Shark. Not only do I feel that I am making a difference using my talents here, but that I am also a valued member of my team. We are continually striving to innovate and make things better for our school community.

My son has been at NSU University School since 6th grade (he is a High School freshman now). The school has been amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about the individual support, wonderful teachers, staff and student body that make my child happy to wake up and go to school every day. He is academically challenged and very involved in extracurricular activities including Student Government and Speech and Debate. We believe that our son's education is an investment that has already shown incredible returns and I am thankful every day that we made the decision to join the "U-school" family.

Whenever I email someone, if they are not the ones in charge, the immediately connect me with that person. Everyone is helpful. Academics are incredible. The way they encourage the children and make them see what is good in them, and help them develop it.

NSU University School has provided an amazing experience for both of my children. Starting in JK, they teach kids in a way that engages them and encourages a life-long love of learning. My kids can't wait to get to school each and every day! It's amazing to see. The "extras" are just as special in the day-to-day experience as academics. My kids learn so much through Spanish, French, Art, Character Education, etc. I'm looking forward to watching them grow in the Lower School and then ultimately take part in all that the Middle and Upper School have to offer!

My children are "lifers" and amazingly (Wow! Where did the time go?!?!) my youngest enters high school in the fall! My children have been taught not only as individuals but to be individuals. Their strengths have been celebrated and their weaknesses realized, remolded and developed. So many opportunities are afforded our children from the world-class facilities, the compassionate and experienced faculty and a full range of athletic and arts experiences. Everyone can find a "U" in you!

Our 7th grade daughter is a "lifer" at University School, having been in attendance since Pre-K. We could not be more happy with the academic excellence that exists at the school as well as the amazing added benefits of being affiliated with top-notch Nova Southeastern University. Nowhere else can you find the college campus feel that applies to education at this college preparatory PK-12 institution. Unique, added benefits include access to NSU's wonderful facilities, staff and faculty relationships. The phenomenal University School Arts and Athletics programs are the "icing on the cake." Excellence above and beyond in a college preparatory setting - that is University School of Nova Southeastern University.

I have a child at University School that just started 1st grade! This is her 3rd year. She started in PK. I relocated to South Florida from the Northeast and I am grateful every day that University School became our home away from home. Most importantly, she is extremely happy! I continue to be impressed with the high standards of the academic curriculum. The administration works diligently to keep the methods of teaching and the facilities extremely updated in a modern, technology driven world. The families at the school are a wonderfully warm and diverse group of people. I know that both my daughter and myself have made friendships that will last a lifetime. I know my daughter will continue to take advantage of all that University School has to offer.

As a parent and an educator, I could not be more pleased with the education that my children are receiving at University School. My sons are having the most fabulous high school experience as a result of instructors that really know how to captivate the minds of young adults and prepare them for their college. The school's incredible sports and arts programs offer students a multitude of choices for involvement. Students are also encouraged to join different service clubs that help support the community. We are most definitely very happy to be a part of the USchool family.

Our 6th grade daughter has been at USchool since Kindergarten (lifer). We are so happy with all of the academic, extra curricular and additional options that USchool has to offer. Not only does she enjoy school and learning but she has enjoyed participating in the theater program, orchestra (playing violin), dance class, and so much more. USchool really has a lot to offer students who are interested in enjoying a well rounded school experience. We are so happy about our choice in attending USchool!

My kids have been at uschool since kindergarten. We are loving the new lower school director. He is warm, welcoming and has a solid grasp on academic excellence. Our fifth grader comes home and talks about how nice he is to all the kids and that he eats lunch with them everyday. Our middle school daughter is in seventh grade and we are very happy with her teachers and experience in general. She is challenged academically and has surrounded herself with a great group of kids. All in all, thumbs up!

I have two children at University School, one in middle school (currently in 6th grade - started in K) and one in the lower school (currently in 3rd grade started in PK). I have been extremely pleased with the caliber of the academic curriculum combined with the opportunities offered in both arts and athletics. They are constantly updating and renovating the facilities to improve students experience on campus. They focus on educating children to become caring, creative individuals who will find the best in themselves.
