Job Description English : 2018-19 Academic Year North Cedar Academy is a growing international school that works with students in grades 9-12. North Cedar Academy attracts students from around Wisconsin and the world. General Function The Resident Assistant (RA) facilitates the social, emotional, academic, and personal adjustment of students. The RA develops a sense of community among students and staff to enhance the quality of life in the dorm. The RA provides after-school academic support and organizes activities and is attentive to the safety and security of the students while fostering independence. The RA enforces the rules and policies of Residence Life. The RA provides regular feedback to parents, faculty, and administration on student behavior.
