General Function The Resident Assistant (RA) facilitates the social, emotional, academic, and personal adjustment of students. The RA develops a sense of community among students and staff to enhance the quality of life in the dorm. The RA provides after-school academic support and organizes activities and is attentive to the safety and security of the students while fostering independence.
